The SIHH is an annual 5-day event that traditionally takes place in January at the Palexpo, Geneva, home of watchmaking. Run by the Fondation de Haute Horlogerie it is now known as Watches and Wonders. RiskTalk was used for the second year running by the Cartier security operations team to report, monitor and resolve issues quickly and discreetly.
Cartier’s Coloratura event – showcasing its high-end jewellery – was a 2-week private event held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Paris pre-Covid . Challenging for the security teams and the organizers, the event took place across three floors. RiskTalk was chosen by the third party security team for its simplicity and ability to be customised with any event venue’s map. The intuitive dashboard, flagging issues in the control room real-time, as they were reported, allowed our Client to monitor and quickly resolve each of the problems.

In the 28th edition, over 20,000 people attended the show, with more than 400,000 posts being made on social media.
